We use this information to review and respond to your inquiry, identify the products you asked about, maintain an inquiry record, and operate and secure the website. We do not use the inquiry forms to enroll you in a newsletter.

How inquiries are stored and delivered

Each inquiry is saved as a private record in this WordPress website. A transactional notification is then sent through the Brevo email API to info@renaihair.com. The email address you provide is used as the reply address so our team can respond to you. Brevo processes the notification only as the website’s transactional email provider.

Cookies and local storage

The site may use essential cookies or browser storage needed for WordPress administration, language selection, inquiry-cart continuity, security, and cache delivery. Analytics and advertising tags are not currently enabled. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Data retention
