Information we collect

Depending on the form you use and the details you choose to provide, Contact, Product Inquiry and Inquiry Cart forms collect your name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, company, country and inquiry message. We also receive the relevant product information, cart products and quantities, source page and language needed to understand your inquiry. Not every form contains every field.

Where the product review form is available, it collects the nickname, rating and comment you submit for review moderation. Website analytics can process page visits, interaction events and device or browser information in accordance with your consent choices and the service-specific behaviour described below.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to your request, conduct related B2B sales follow-up, discuss products and quotations, and manage inquiry records. We also use information needed to operate and secure the website, prevent abuse and moderate submitted reviews. Consented analytics helps us understand website usage and improve the browsing experience.

Inquiry storage and email delivery

Inquiries are stored as private records in WordPress. Brevo delivers transactional inquiry notification emails to [email protected]. The email address supplied in an inquiry is used as the reply address. This processing supports your inquiry; it does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Service providers and analytics

Our hosting infrastructure supports website operation, storage and security.
Brevo provides transactional inquiry email delivery.
CookieYes records and manages cookie consent and preferences and communicates consent choices to the integrated services.
Google Tag Manager manages website tags. It and Google Analytics 4 load only after you consent to Analytics. Google Analytics 4 then measures website use and inquiry events. Inquiry messages and contact details are not included in the configured GA4 business-event parameters.
Microsoft Clarity provides website experience analysis with CookieYes consent integration. Consent permits cookie-based analysis. If consent is refused or withdrawn, Clarity receives denied storage consent and may still process limited cookieless usage data; this does not mean that all Clarity network requests stop.

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, depending on their infrastructure and operations. We do not represent that all processing stays within one country.

How long we retain inquiry information

In principle, inquiry records and related business communications are retained for 24 months from the last business interaction. Information may be retained longer where required by applicable legal obligations. This inquiry-record period does not define the lifetime of each cookie or each service provider’s analytics records.

Your consent and choices

You can reopen Cookie Preferences to accept, reject, change or withdraw non-essential cookie consent using the available controls. Refusing Analytics prevents Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 from loading. After withdrawal, subsequent pages do not load them without renewed consent. Existing cookies may remain in your browser; withdrawal does not promise immediate physical deletion of every historical cookie. Newsletter sign-up is currently disabled. A newsletter placeholder does not mean that we are collecting marketing subscriptions. Submitting an inquiry does not enrol you in marketing emails.
