Our current setup
CookieYes manages consent and preferences. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 are live, with a strict consent gate: they load only after you consent to Analytics. Microsoft Clarity is also active and receives consent choices through CookieYes. Clarity’s denied-consent behaviour is described separately below.
Categories and purposes
- Necessary: storage needed for essential website operation, consent choices, security, administrative sessions where applicable, and continuity of a requested inquiry-cart function.
- Functional: storage supporting features such as WPML language preferences. Inquiry-cart storage retains the products and quantities you choose while you prepare an inquiry; it is not an advertising function.
- Analytics: after Analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 and the analytics tags managed by Google Tag Manager can measure website usage. Microsoft Clarity can use analytics cookies for website experience analysis after consent. Without consent, Clarity may still operate in a limited cookieless mode.
- Advertisement: Google Ads and advertising tags are not currently deployed on this website. The presence of an Advertisement category in a consent interface does not mean that advertising tags are in use.
Detailed cookie categorisation is being reviewed following the analytics launch. These categories explain the current purposes and consent rules; they are not a complete list of individual cookie names or lifetimes.
Before consent, refusal and acceptance
Before you consent to Analytics, or when you reject it, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 do not load. Accept All permits Analytics and allows them to load. Non-essential choices are managed through CookieYes; necessary functions remain available.
Changing or withdrawing consent
Use the site’s revisit/preferences control to reopen Cookie Preferences. You can use Accept All, Reject All and the available customisation controls to change your choices. Reject All can be used to withdraw non-essential consent; independent category controls depend on the current preference-centre configuration.
After Analytics consent is withdrawn, new inquiry tracking events are no longer sent by the site’s tracking gate and subsequent pages do not load Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics 4 without renewed consent. A script already loaded on the current page is not physically unloaded; limited denied-state measurement signals may occur as that page closes. Existing Google Analytics cookies may remain, so withdrawal does not mean every historical cookie is immediately deleted. You can also remove cookies through your browser settings.
Microsoft Clarity
CookieYes passes acceptance, refusal and withdrawal to Clarity. With denied consent, Clarity does not use analytics cookies for continuous session tracking, but limited cookieless processing and network requests may still occur. With consent, cookie-based analysis is enabled. Withdrawal returns the consent state to denied; this is different from the Google tags’ loading gate.
Other information
Blocking necessary storage may affect requested website functions. Cookie controls do not subscribe you to a newsletter; newsletter sign-up is currently disabled. For inquiry information, the retention policy is 24 months from the last business interaction, subject to applicable legal obligations; this does not specify cookie lifetimes.
